Biden permitted Ukraine to use long-range US missiles to target Russia.

President Joe Biden's administration has changed course on a policy allowing Ukraine to utilize long-range U.S.-supplied missiles, such as ATACMS, for carrying out deep strikes inside Russia. This shift in stance, which was observed just before the arrival of President-elect Donald Trump, was motivated by Russia's deployment of North Korean soldiers in the ongoing conflict.

Although the White House refrained from providing an official statement, sources anticipate that Ukraine will imminently deploy these weapons. While some American officials question whether this adjustment will have a substantial impact on the progress of the war, it is believed that it could potentially bolster Ukraine's position.

France and UK also allowed Ukraine to use missiles in Russia. They aim to intensify the conflict before Trump becomes president. Putin warned that such strikes could lead Russia to use nuclear weapons. He said any country providing these weapons to Ukraine would be seen as attacking Russia.

Putin claimed a few months back that NATO weapons can't be operated by Ukraine and if they are, the conflict would escalate with direct involvement of the US and Europe, sparking a different response from Russia.

Trump's son commented regarding the situation:

Donald Trump Jr criticized the Biden administration's recent decision to launch long-range missiles at Russia, labeling them as "imbeciles." He suggested that the Military Industrial Complex might be pushing for World War 3 to start before his father could pursue peace initiatives and save lives.

As tensions escalated, global pleas for de-escalation resonated strongly. Amid mounting fear and uncertainty, international pressure mounted for immediate diplomacy. Recognizing the peril at hand, a NATO-led emergency summit was swiftly called—an urgent bid to defuse the ticking time bomb of conflict. In a glimmer of hope, representatives from all sides cautiously embraced the negotiation table, igniting a beacon of potential peace in the darkness of war's shadow. The world anxiously awaited the outcome, praying that diplomacy would triumph over destruction.
